Swimmer: A kawaii Japanese shop for home and fashion goods

Swimmer shop in Chiba (website: http://www.swimmer.co.jp/)

Swimmer is considered as a “zakka” shop in Japan, Zakka means daily goods.  This shop sells cute items from household to fashion items like lunch boxes, towels, bags, cosmetic cases and more.  They have special cute prints on their items that are just very adorable – like bears, bunnies, etc.  Also, the prices for their items are quite affordable, most of them are less than $20.  During my last visit in Japan, I purchased quite a handful of items – hand towel, mirror, lunch box, stationery set, travel pouch, and an apron.  Swimmer has a bunch of stores around Japan, list of stores: here.

Lots of zakka items – bags, wallet, lamp, pouches, etc.

Things I bought:

The entire haul from Swimmer!

Swimmer Tomato Garden Hand Towel

Two cute bears lunch box with chopsticks

Kawaii bear with balloons mirror

Strawberry fruits cream stationery set
