6%DOKIDOKI is a ‘Sensational’ Kawaii store in Harajuku that was established since 1995.  The store sells really colorful, vivid, pop and fun apparel, accessories and many other items.  6%DOKIDOKI is one of the main starters of the kawaii culture in Harajuku as well as the rest of the world.  The brand was created by Masuda Sebastian, as an artistic expression in Harajuku.

One of their main models is Yuka (one on the left), she works and models for 6%DOKIDOKI.  I have seen her before during the Japanese Expo in France, she gave me the post card above.  Her style was over the top cuteness.  Another model is Vani, she is known for her colorful and asymmetrical hair.
