Kauai, one of the four main islands in Hawaii.  It is also the oldest of the main islands.  This is the island where no building is taller than a coconut tree.  Tagged as the ‘Garden Isle’, Kauai has cascading waterfalls, rainforest and grand valleys. A beautiful paradise and great place for romantic getaways.

Now, let’s talk about food: The food in Hawaii is a combination of different origins – Polynesian, American, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Chinese and Portuguese.  Most of the food staple includes rice and pork.  While there may not be much difference in food between the Hawaiian islands, the list below are the foods to try in Kauai.
