CUTE SHOPS TO VISIT IN DUBLIN
CARROLLS IRISH GIFTS
Carrolls is a chain of Irish souvenirs stores. When you visit a Carroll’s shop you will definitely notice its an Irish theme all around the store. It may not be a super cute store, but the items here are very cute, adorable and affordable. A trip to Ireland is not complete without visiting one of these stores (they are everywhere).
Muji is a retail company from Japan that sells household items. While it may be a global store, the shop and items in this store are really cute and environmental friendly. Location: No. 5 Chatham street.
Om Diva is a shop at the Drury street (near Grafton Street). This shop sells fashionable unique and vintage clothing and accessories. What caught my attention was the pink exterior and very girly displays, it was so cute. Location: 27 Drury Street.
MR SIMMS OLDE SWEET SHOPPE
Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shop is a shop that sells candies, chocolate, fudge, marshmallows and other sweets. This store can be found throughout the UK and in Ireland as well. Their store has a Victorian style sweet shop. It looks a bit retro as well with its brown-themed exterior and interior.
Decobake is a shop that sells cake decoration supplies, baking items and cupcakes too. They have a couple of shops around Ireland and cake workshops as well.
LOLLY AND COOKS
Lolly and Cooks is a bakery in Dublin that produces pastries, cakes and other baked goods. They have this really cute light blue and white theme which has a very cute appeal. And their cupcakes are so delicious, you have to try one when you visit Dublin.
Pieminister sells different kinds of pies. They are available in the UK, Amsterdam and Dublin. The location in Dublin was the one I visited, and it was small but very cute. I really like the design of their booth – it was black and white with a cute little yellow bird. And best of all, their pies were delicious. Apparently they’ve catered pies to the the Queen’s Christmas party.
QUEEN OF TARTS
Queen of Tarts is a cute little cafe in Cow’s lane Dame street. It has red exterior with a vintage interior theme. There are two locations for this cafe the other one is located at the Cork Hill. I really enjoyed having an afternoon break in this cafe, everything was just too cute. Location: (Cows Lane/Cork Hill) Dame Street Dublin.
