Moomin Shop

The Moomins are characters from a comic and book created by Tove Jansson in Finland.  They look very similar to hippopotamuses.  Their story is about their adventurous and fun life in the Moominvalley.

Recently, I had the chance to visit the Moomin shop in London.  The store is located in the Covent Garden Market, a very famous shopping area.  It’s very difficult to miss the shop since it has tons of Moomin decorations around the door.  When you arrive at the store, the actual shop is at the upper level.  The shop has Moomin illustrations and artworks all around.  There are so many cute Moomin items – cups, stationery, plush, shirts, stickers, etc.  It’s a great place to visit for those who love the Moomins.
