A portion of John Lennon Wall in Prague

The John Lennon wall in Prague is filled with John-Lennon inspired art graffiti and song lyrics from the Beatles.  This used to be just a plain wall until after the death of John Lennon who was a pacifist hero to young Czechs.  Now, this wall is filled with graffiti anywhere from random quotes to Lennon illustrations.  The wall changes day to day, since many visitors write on the wall as well.  Definitely a place to check out, it is located across the river from the Charles Bridge away from Old Town Square.

When we visited, there were street performers playing Beetle’s music.  It was quite inspiring looking at the wall while listening to the song.
