When walking through the city center of Prague, you may notice lots of street vendors grilling a rolled dough on a large stick.  This pastry is called ‘Trdelnik’.  It is a pastry made from dough, vanilla, caramel, walnut and topped with sugar.  It is quite a popular snack among the tourist now a days since it definitely satisfies those with sweet tooth.

TIP: I have tried a couple of trdelnik around the city center of Prague, and the best one I have found is located at the end of the Wenceslas Square near the New York brand store.
